i came into work this morning to find the support centre door closed. when i asked my co-worker why it was closed, he proceeded to complain about how loud everyone was. he then started an argument with me about why it shouldn't be closed all the time.
he's been working here for two weeks and he's trying to change things for no reason.
it's not loud outside. occasionally, someone opens and closes a door or walks by our door. rarely, a few people will stop right outside our door and have a loud conversation. in that instance, it's customary to walk over and shut the door loudly, thus shooing them away.
right now he is lying under the desk. what an idiot.
