ignoring the windows error

so far, today is horrendous.
the university is going to build a new garage outside my work, block off travel between north and south campus, eat up the parking lot behind my work, and start construction on the new library in the main parking lot.
nobody will have any place to park and, if that wasn't bad enough, they're going to make the road emergency/shuttle only permanently, in addition to making the garage only usable by the most expensive parking pass.
god, i could kill someone.
